Couch Doctor ©️ NYC

The couch doctor saved the day! We were moving into our new apartment and the last item was the couch. It wouldn’t fit in the elevator or the stairway, but the couch doctor came over within the hour and had the couch reassembled in our apartment in two hours. Incredible service and even better guy!

We had a great experience with Daniel - he came within few hours on a holiday and did great work with our sofa. Highly recommend.

This is the most unprofessional, unexperienced, and rude company I have ever come across! We hired them to take apart our “once lovely” sofa, and they completely destroyed it! Fabric was ripped and structure was damaged. They would not take responsibility and told me “it’s an old couch anyways” How unprofessional and irresponsible! Do not risk losing your Sofa with this company. You will lose money and only gain stress. We are trying to get compensated but we have not been able to receive any clarification or response. We are looking to seek legal action!

I cannot recommend Couch Doctor enough!! We had a brand new West Elm sofa delivered and the chaise section did not fit in our service elevator. Upon recommendations from three friends, they told me to call Couch Doctor immediately, he had worked on their prices from RH and Pottery Barn. Within five minutes, Daniel responded and was able to come the next day! His work is meticulous, he was kind, sympathetic and even turned the COI over to my building within hours! If we ever move, Daniel will be my first call - I wish there was more than five stars here because he is 100 out of 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Couch Doctor! Sent email and the next day Daniel came with all his tools, wood and stabilizers to fix our sectional couch. Courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend and would use anytime again for any furniture needs!
